A large blue, purple, yellow and green tattoo on the forearm reached 75% fading after an unknown number of sessions.

Before (session 0) and after (session final) at treatment.
The tattoo
A large blue, purple, yellow and green tattoo on the forearm on Type II skin (fair, tans sometimes but often burns).
Fitzpatrick Type II is favorable: tolerates standard energy settings with minimal pigmentation risk.
The forearm drains adequately but sits further from the major lymph nodes of the torso.
Bottom line
The last 5 to 10 percent of clearance is consistently the hardest phase: residual ink sits deepest, immune response slows, and the composition of what remains is unknown.
