HOW MUCH IS TATTOO REMOVAL
At LaserAway The Marina, tattoo removal costs typically range from $200 to $420 per session, while a complete removal package costs $2,008 total on average. The final price depends primarily on your tattoo's ink colors, size, location and density, plus your skin tone.

* LaserAway publishes rates for two size tiers, Quarter and Dollar Bill. Three larger tiers, up to Full Page, and its 3- and 10-treatment package pricing, are not published and require a free consultation.
Refund Policy
All treatment sales are final and non-refundable, including unused sessions in a multi-session package. In the rare case corporate approves an exception, refunds are issued only as store credit, never cash or a card reversal. Pre-paid sessions cannot be transferred to another person. When a package includes free promotional sessions, paid sessions are counted as used first — the free sessions carry $0 cash or refund value.
No-Show Policy
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missing that window or not showing up forfeits the entire prepaid session — LaserAway deducts one full treatment from your package balance rather than charging a fee. Initial consultations are exempt: no penalty for cancelling or rescheduling those.
Financing Options
Financing requires a credit check. LaserAway accepts CareCredit, a medical credit card with a 0%-interest introductory period — but if you don't pay off the full balance before that period ends, you get charged interest on the whole amount, not just what's left. They also work with outside lenders like Cherry to set up monthly payment plans. With good credit, a full 16-session package for a quarter-sized tattoo can be financed for around $109 a month over a year.

Several customers note they've been returning for years and recommend the clinic to friends, though some express frustration with scheduling difficulties and inconsistent experiences between different technicians. The clinic employs registered nurses who perform treatments, with customers frequently mentioning nurses by name including Aria, Evelyn, Polina, and others. Clients describe the nurses as professional, knowledgeable, and skilled in their techniques. The medical staff is praised for their gentle approach, attention to detail, and ability to make clients feel comfortable during procedures, though some customers note that treatment quality can vary depending on which technician performs the service. However, some customers report high-pressure sales tactics and difficulties with customer service when issues arise. Several clients mention problems with scheduling availability, with some reporting wait times of several weeks for appointments. Communication responsiveness appears mixed, with some praising staff accessibility while others describe poor follow-up on concerns. One customer reported minimal results after five tattoo removal sessions, describing barely noticeable changes despite spending $800. Several nurses are praised for offering pain management techniques like ice and cooling systems. Staff members check on client comfort levels throughout procedures and explain aftercare instructions thoroughly. Customers describe pricing as competitive when promotions are available, with many mentioning bulk packages and membership options that don't expire. However, some clients express frustration with pricing transparency and report issues with financing partners. Several customers mention packages ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars, with financing options available through third-party providers.
