Refund Policy
Removery packages and services are non-refundable unless their medical director determines you can no longer safely receive treatments. When this happens, you will be refunded only for unused sessions at the discounted package rate, minus a fee of up to $100. The refund is processed within 45 days via your original payment method.
No-Show Policy
Missing an appointment or modifying it without at least 24 hours' notice results in a $50 late fee. Removery keeps a valid debit or credit card on file and will charge the fee to that card or add it to your balance due at your next visit.

Removery says everyone gets approved for a payment plan, no matter your credit score. Removery Louisville KY Reviews
4.8

Based on 394 patient reviews
Removery in Louisville, Kentucky has a treatment staff described as sweet and skilled, with technicians making sessions as comfortable as possible. Results develop progressively, and clients who keep consistent appointments see real fading over time.
Operational reliability is the dominant concern and comes up in a large share of reviews. Multiple clients describe appointments canceled by the clinic just hours before the session, with some clients having driven long distances.
Rescheduling can mean months-long waits, and staff turnover means clients often see a different technician each visit, which hurts both comfort and treatment continuity. Several clients describe the combination of expensive prepaid packages and unreliable scheduling as feeling predatory.
Appointment intervals are also stretching longer for some clients as the clinic gets busier with a single laser.
