Refund Policy
Removery packages and services are non-refundable unless their medical director determines you can no longer safely receive treatments. When this happens, you will be refunded only for unused sessions at the discounted package rate, minus a fee of up to $100. The refund is processed within 45 days via your original payment method.
No-Show Policy
Missing an appointment or modifying it without at least 24 hours' notice results in a $50 late fee. Removery keeps a valid debit or credit card on file and will charge the fee to that card or add it to your balance due at your next visit.
Financing Options
Removery says everyone gets approved for a payment plan, no matter your credit score. Their financing program, called Removery Choice, works with several different lenders to find you a monthly payment that fits your budget. You can pay it off in monthly installments, in one lump sum later, or a mix of both.

Removery in this location (formerly TatErase) has a single primary technician described by virtually every client as the standout feature of the location: patient, personable, professional, and genuinely invested in client outcomes. One client describes a tattoo on their foot completely gone. Another describes a foot tattoo fully removed after three treatments. Results at this location are frequently described as excellent and fast.
One specific concern from the acquisition period: a client described the new technician after the TatErase to Removery transition as not covering the full tattoo area and becoming defensive when called out on it. This appears isolated to the transition period and does not reflect the current staff's performance as described in later reviews.
