Reviews
Customers consistently describe Access Laser Center as professional, friendly, and welcoming. The staff receives high praise for creating a comfortable environment during treatments, with clients feeling they are in good hands. Most customers express satisfaction with their results and indicate they would return or recommend the clinic to others. Zach Kelley is the primary technician mentioned by customers, who describe him as knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. The clinic reports having 12 years of experience in tattoo removal services. Other staff members include Danielle, Stephanie, and Zion, though customers have mixed experiences with some of the newer team members, with one recent review noting unprofessional interactions between certain staff. Customers consistently praise the clinic's punctuality, with one client noting they never had to wait past their appointment time. Staff members like Zach respond promptly to calls and texts for rescheduling needs. The clinic offers free consultations to evaluate tattoos. However, one recent experience described rude and cold service from certain staff members, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere during the visit. Patients report seeing significant fading results, with some achieving near-complete removal after 5-6 sessions within the first year. One customer noted their hand tattoo was barely visible after 8-9 treatments. The clinic recently upgraded to new laser equipment, which customers say has improved results. Staff set clear expectations about the removal process and required sessions. Sessions are described as brief, typically lasting 5-10 minutes. The clinic offers lidocaine injections for pain management, which customers highly recommend. Staff continuously check on client comfort during both the numbing and removal procedures, helping anxious clients feel at ease throughout the treatment. Customers describe the pricing as much cheaper than expected and very affordable for the services provided. The clinic appears to offer flexible payment options, though specific package details are not mentioned in customer feedback.
