HOW MUCH IS TATTOO REMOVAL
At LaserAway Fenway, tattoo removal costs typically range from $200 to $420 per session, while a complete removal package costs $2,008 total on average. What you actually pay depends on your tattoo's size, colors, density and location, along with your skin tone.

* LaserAway publishes rates for two size tiers, Quarter and Dollar Bill. Three larger tiers, up to Full Page, and its 3- and 10-treatment package pricing, are not published and require a free consultation.
Refund Policy
All treatment sales are final and non-refundable, including unused sessions in a multi-session package. In the rare case corporate approves an exception, refunds are issued only as store credit, never cash or a card reversal. Pre-paid sessions cannot be transferred to another person. When a package includes free promotional sessions, paid sessions are counted as used first — the free sessions carry $0 cash or refund value.
No-Show Policy
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missing that window or not showing up forfeits the entire prepaid session — LaserAway deducts one full treatment from your package balance rather than charging a fee. Initial consultations are exempt: no penalty for cancelling or rescheduling those.
Financing Options
Financing requires a credit check. LaserAway accepts CareCredit, a medical credit card with a 0%-interest introductory period — but if you don't pay off the full balance before that period ends, you get charged interest on the whole amount, not just what's left. They also work with outside lenders like Cherry to set up monthly payment plans. With good credit, a full 16-session package for a quarter-sized tattoo can be financed for around $109 a month over a year.

LaserAway Fenway Reviews
4.6
out of 5
Based on 156 patient reviews
Customers experience mixed results with treatments, particularly concerning hair removal effectiveness, though the clinic maintains a convenient Fenway location. Staff members are praised for explaining treatments clearly and providing thorough aftercare instructions, with Morgan serving as the nurse practitioner. The front desk experience varies significantly. Casey, Kat, and Jessica Speed are noted for being helpful and accommodating with scheduling, and customers feel comfortable asking questions during consultations without sales pressure. However, some encounter issues like long wait times, last-minute changes, and double-booking problems. For tattoo removal specifically, customers receive clear payment option information during consultations. One appointment was described as taking only "2 minutes" once started, though wait times before procedures can be extensive. Pain levels vary by treatment, with laser hair removal feeling like a "burning sensation" but being quick. Staff consistently check comfort levels and offer breaks when needed. The cooling systems during treatments help nurses make procedures "painless" or "barely noticeable" in many cases. Pricing ranges from $2,000 to $8,400 for packages, which some find expensive relative to results. The clinic offers financing options and a "Laser Love points" rewards program. Package deals and additional sessions are available, though sales pressure experiences vary among customers.
