HOW MUCH IS TATTOO REMOVAL
At LaserAway Philadelphia Main Line, tattoo removal costs typically range from $200 to $420 per session, while a complete removal package costs $2,008 total on average. What you actually pay depends on your tattoo's size, colors, density and location, along with your skin tone.

Dollar Bill

* LaserAway publishes rates for two size tiers, Quarter and Dollar Bill. Three larger tiers, up to Full Page, and its 3- and 10-treatment package pricing, are not published and require a free consultation.
Refund Policy
All treatment sales are final and non-refundable, including unused sessions in a multi-session package. In the rare case corporate approves an exception, refunds are issued only as store credit, never cash or a card reversal. Pre-paid sessions cannot be transferred to another person. When a package includes free promotional sessions, paid sessions are counted as used first — the free sessions carry $0 cash or refund value.
No-Show Policy
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missing that window or not showing up forfeits the entire prepaid session — LaserAway deducts one full treatment from your package balance rather than charging a fee. Initial consultations are exempt: no penalty for cancelling or rescheduling those.
Financing Options
Financing requires a credit check. LaserAway accepts CareCredit, a medical credit card with a 0%-interest introductory period — but if you don't pay off the full balance before that period ends, you get charged interest on the whole amount, not just what's left. They also work with outside lenders like Cherry to set up monthly payment plans. With good credit, a full 16-session package for a quarter-sized tattoo can be financed for around $109 a month over a year.

LaserAway Philadelphia Main Line Reviews
4.9
out of 5
Based on 163 patient reviews
LaserAway Philadelphia Main Line delivers quick, well-tolerated tattoo removal sessions with minimal discomfort that customers describe as very manageable. Natalie at the front desk receives praise for patience with scheduling, while Nadia provides thorough, personalized consultations focused on individual needs rather than package sales. Staff explain the process clearly and focus on keeping clients comfortable throughout treatments, with the quick session times helping minimize any discomfort. The clinic faces concerns about prioritizing revenue over results, with some customers reporting aggressive sales tactics, persistent follow-up calls after expressing disinterest, and pressure to purchase expensive treatment packages. Scheduling reliability issues include last-minute cancellations via text without proper follow-up, and customers report difficulty reaching management when problems arise. Additional concerns involve pricing transparency, problematic financing arrangements through third-party companies, and difficulty obtaining refunds for unused services when treatments don't meet expectations.
