HOW MUCH IS TATTOO REMOVAL

At LaserAway in Temecula, tattoo removal costs typically range from $200 to $420 per session, while a complete removal package costs $2,008 total on average. Exact pricing depends on your tattoo's size, colors, body location and ink density, plus your skin type.

Quarter

$200/session

Dollar Bill

$420/session

* LaserAway publishes rates for two size tiers, Quarter and Dollar Bill. Three larger tiers, up to Full Page, and its 3- and 10-treatment package pricing, are not published and require a free consultation.

Refund Policy

All treatment sales are final and non-refundable, including unused sessions in a multi-session package. In the rare case corporate approves an exception, refunds are issued only as store credit, never cash or a card reversal. Pre-paid sessions cannot be transferred to another person. When a package includes free promotional sessions, paid sessions are counted as used first — the free sessions carry $0 cash or refund value.

No-Show Policy

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missing that window or not showing up forfeits the entire prepaid session — LaserAway deducts one full treatment from your package balance rather than charging a fee. Initial consultations are exempt: no penalty for cancelling or rescheduling those.

Financing Options

Financing requires a credit check. LaserAway accepts CareCredit, a medical credit card with a 0%-interest introductory period — but if you don't pay off the full balance before that period ends, you get charged interest on the whole amount, not just what's left. They also work with outside lenders like Cherry to set up monthly payment plans. With good credit, a full 16-session package for a quarter-sized tattoo can be financed for around $109 a month over a year.

LaserAway Temecula Reviews

3.9

out of 5

Based on 172 patient reviews

Customers describe mixed experiences at LaserAway Temecula, with positive feedback on treatments contrasting with disappointments in service delivery. The clinic employs registered nurses for treatments, with Christie, Kaleena, Sonia, and Amanda taking time to explain procedures step-by-step and answer questions thoroughly. Some technicians are praised for their gentleness in making clients comfortable, though others seemed inexperienced or rushed through treatments. Scheduling proves problematic, with customers reporting last-minute appointment changes, cancellations, and difficulty rebooking. Communication issues include unreturned calls and staff not following through on promised follow-ups. Several customers mention aggressive sales tactics and misleading information during consultations, particularly regarding refund policies and treatment expectations. Tattoo removal results vary significantly - some customers see substantial fading after three to four sessions, with one achieving 90% removal in five sessions, while others experienced minimal progress after completing full packages. Some mention that technicians rush through sessions or don't cover the entire tattoo area properly, and treatment expectations aren't always clearly communicated. Pain levels vary among customers, with some finding treatments manageable while others found them unbearable without numbing cream. Numbing cream availability appears inconsistent - customers sometimes have to specifically request it or apply it themselves, and staff don't always offer pain management options upfront. Customers frequently describe pricing as expensive compared to competitors. Package refund policies cause significant frustration, as customers report being told they could receive refunds for unused sessions, only to discover they can only receive store credit at reduced rates. Pricing quotes from different sales representatives are sometimes inconsistent, though promotional deals are available during certain periods.
