HOW MUCH IS TATTOO REMOVAL
At LaserAway Victoria Gardens, tattoo removal costs typically range from $200 to $420 per session, while a complete removal package costs $2,008 total on average. Exact pricing depends on your tattoo's size, colors, body location and ink density, plus your skin type.

* LaserAway publishes rates for two size tiers, Quarter and Dollar Bill. Three larger tiers, up to Full Page, and its 3- and 10-treatment package pricing, are not published and require a free consultation.
Refund Policy
All treatment sales are final and non-refundable, including unused sessions in a multi-session package. In the rare case corporate approves an exception, refunds are issued only as store credit, never cash or a card reversal. Pre-paid sessions cannot be transferred to another person. When a package includes free promotional sessions, paid sessions are counted as used first — the free sessions carry $0 cash or refund value.
No-Show Policy
Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missing that window or not showing up forfeits the entire prepaid session — LaserAway deducts one full treatment from your package balance rather than charging a fee. Initial consultations are exempt: no penalty for cancelling or rescheduling those.
Financing Options
Financing requires a credit check. LaserAway accepts CareCredit, a medical credit card with a 0%-interest introductory period — but if you don't pay off the full balance before that period ends, you get charged interest on the whole amount, not just what's left. They also work with outside lenders like Cherry to set up monthly payment plans. With good credit, a full 16-session package for a quarter-sized tattoo can be financed for around $109 a month over a year.

LaserAway Victoria Gardens Reviews
4.2
out of 5
Based on 222 patient reviews
Customers generally describe LaserAway Victoria Gardens as welcoming and professional, with many praising the friendly atmosphere and clean environment. The overall sentiment leans positive, particularly regarding staff interactions and service quality. However, experiences vary significantly, with some customers reporting excellent results while others express disappointment with outcomes and customer service issues. The clinic employs licensed nurses who perform various laser treatments. Customers consistently praise nurses like Sarah, Chloe, Rochelle, Judy, and Kristin for their professionalism, knowledge, and gentle approach. Staff members are described as empathetic, thorough, and skilled at making clients comfortable during procedures. The nurses demonstrate expertise in explaining procedures and addressing customer concerns, though some customers have encountered different nurses across multiple sessions. Front desk experiences vary considerably among customers. While many describe the staff as welcoming, polite, and helpful with promotions, others report poor customer service including being cut off during calls, dry responses, and unprofessional behavior. Some customers experienced high-pressure sales tactics and noted a dramatic change in staff attitude once budget constraints were mentioned. Scheduling and rescheduling can be problematic, with some customers switching locations due to front desk issues. One customer reported no visible progress on a colored finger tattoo after five sessions, despite initial assurances that removal was possible. Staff initially failed to communicate that colored tattoos are notoriously difficult to remove, only acknowledging this challenge after the customer expressed concerns. This lack of upfront transparency about the limitations of treating colored ink prevented informed decision-making about the process. Customers describe pricing as expensive, with some finding costs well outside their budget range. The clinic doesn't provide pricing information on their website, requiring consultation calls to discuss costs. Some customers mention that pricing can be "great" and note the availability of rewards programs, though experiences with value perception vary significantly among customers.
